My job is not just to have the right answers for you, it’s also to ask you the right questions so that you can make good decisions with confidence.


I am patient and proactive, whichever is needed.

Sometimes you will have a clear timeline for Buying or Selling, and sometimes you will need to wait for the right time to be ready. I understand that. If you are in a hurry, I’m there to make things happen. If you need to take your time, even a long time, I’m still there. Once you are on my radar, though, even when you are in a waiting mode, I will still be thinking on your behalf and keeping you informed about what’s happening in the market that might be pertinent to you. It’s what I do, and people tell me they really appreciate it.

When I am working with you, I make sure you know exactly what is going on day to day with your search or with your showings. I know how important Buying or Selling a home is and make sure you know exactly what is happening.


I invest time and money in YOU.

When you are Selling, I oversee every detail of preparing and marketing your property. I invest in marketing tools such to ensure maximum internet exposure for YOUR home. I would rather spend money marketing your home than marketing myself. To me, that just makes sense.

When you are Buying, I take the time to understand what you’re looking for, and then undertake a dedicated search just for you. I preview properties(concierge service) on your behalf, and give you feedback, which saves you a lot of time and energy. I take you to see properties that are worth your while to see and help you to understand how they compare to others on the market. When it comes to making an offer, I help you to be in the best position possible to get the property you want. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert– strategic, thorough, honest, ethical, firm on your behalf when I need to be, and really effective. When you work with me, you know you are professionally well-supported in every way.


I love what I do and that makes a difference to both of us.

From the day I started in real estate (quite a while ago now!) it has  been the most incredibly natural and enjoyable work for me. I am really good at it and I love it. In fact, if I won the lottery, I’d still do it. Well, maybe I’d have to test that one out….but I’m pretty sure I would!


How do I compare myself to other realtors?
